The COE in Ohio establishes a repeatable blueprint for AI-ready infrastructure, transforming Land-to-Hand, using available land, creating power assets, and turning them into scalable, high-performance compute environments delivered directly into the hands of data center tenants.
The COE’s will serve as innovation and validation hubs, providing enterprises, public-sector partners, and research organizations with turnkey environments to test, optimize, and scale AI workloads.
Strata Expanse — Gray-Space-as-a-Service
