Flexible management for cloud & on-prem resources

RAVEL Orchestrate 2.7 introduces support for Linux Workstations in the cloud, adds new Build Station capabilities for bare metal infrastructure management, and releases support for AMD ROCm accelerated AI applications in Orchestrate GenAI.

All of which combine to make RAVEL Orchestrate even more powerful and flexible for IT and DevOps teams challenged with managing a wide range of infrastructure and workloads.

Linux Workstation Cloud

Ravel Orchestrate’s new Linux Workstation support gives VFX Studios, and other content creators used to working on Linux, the power to assemble, deploy, and manage virtual machines running Linux, in exactly the same way as Windows machines.

Ultizing Ravel Orchestrate’s Cloud Build Station, users can now create and update Linux vVirtual mMachine images, securely deploy customized Linux cloud workstations to users and servers anywhere in the world, and manage resources and costs using Ravel Orchestrate's workstation scheduler.






Bare Metal Build Station (in beta)

RAVEL Orchestrate's Bare Metal Build Station enables IT and DeVOps teams to intelligently prepare and deploy customized images to any physical machine connected to a network.

Helping companies manage large, diverse hardware infrastructures by automating the management and deployment of tailored OS, software, drivers, fonts, and other necessary files and configurations, Bare Metal build station saves companies time as they scale or modify their operations.


AMD GPU Accelerator Support

Ravel Orchestrate GenAI brings greater flexibility to IT teams assembling and deploying generative AI environments with support for the AMD ROCm™ open software stack, and AMD-optimized software across AMD GPUs, including AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX, AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, AMD Radeon PRO 7900W, AMD Instinct™ MI300A and AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs.

The integration of AMD ROCm accelerated AI applications brings greater flexibility to RAVEL Orchestrate GenAI, and saves IT teams valuable time and resources by automatically assembling and deploying generative AI environments that include PyTorch, AMD ROCm open software stack, and AMD-optimized software across AMD GPUs.

NVIDIA Holoscan for Media "Easy Button"

RAVEL has collaborated with NVIDIA to bring broadcasters, solutions providers, and developers using NVIDIA Holoscan for Media an “easy button” inside RAVEL Orchestrate for the platforms set up on their NVIDIA-accelerated, live content infrastructure.

Created to reduce the technical expertise required to assemble and deploy NVIDIA Holoscan for Media, RAVEL Orchestrate's "easy button" simplifies setup for DevOps and IT teams, ensuring seamless deployment of Holoscan for Media and its software stack, including Kubernentes, to compatible NVIDIA-accelerated infrastructure, either in the cloud or on bare metal.
