About RAVEL

Ravel delivers intelligent workload orchestration for AI and HPC environments. Our platform, Orchestrate AI, enables power-aware, high-efficiency workload execution across modern accelerated infrastructure — maximizing GPU utilization, performance, and cost efficiency.

Ravel is also a core collaborator in the Amphix AI Infrastructure Platform, working alongside leading ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, production-ready AI factories. Through the Amphix Centers of Excellence, customers can validate, optimize, and scale AI workloads from proof-of-concept to production.

We are building the orchestration layer for the next generation of AI infrastructure.

About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Marketing to define and scale Ravel’s marketing function across product, solutions, platform, and ecosystem initiatives.

This leader will drive positioning, category creation, demand generation, partner marketing, and product/solution storytelling across:

  • Orchestrate AI (core product and solutions marketing & GTM)
  • The Amphix AI Infrastructure Platform
  • The Amphix Centers of Excellence (COE) for POCs and production validation
  • Strategic ecosystem partnerships (infrastructure, storage, networking, acceleration)

You’ll work closely with Product, Training & Enablement, Corporate Comms, Sales, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to establish Ravel as the orchestration leader in AI and HPC infrastructure.

What You’ll Own

Product & Platform Positioning

  • Define and refine positioning for Orchestrate AI as the orchestration layer for accelerated compute.
  • Develop clear messaging for the Amphix platform and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Articulate the value of power-aware scheduling, GPU optimization, and workload efficiency.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into differentiated market narratives.
  • Based on aligned positioning, create, share, maintain and socialize positioning across Ravel.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

  • Build, refine, and scale demand generation capabilities and channels, implementing and leverage modern approaches and technologies.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, field marketing, and partner channels.
  • Drive enterprise pipeline for Orchestrate AI and COE POC engagements.
  • Support major industry events (e.g., GTC, Supercomputing, AI infrastructure events).

Ecosystem & Partner Marketing

  • Develop joint messaging and co-marketing programs and initiatives with strategic technology partners.
  • Support launches, solution briefs, analyst engagement, and partner events.
  • Drive awareness across the potential partner ecosystem by positioning Ravel as a key orchestration partner within multi-company AI infrastructure solutions.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with Corporate comms to develop executive narratives and category framing.
  • Collaborate with training & enablement to develop and deliver content strategy including webinars, videos, and case studies.
  • Work with Product Management to develop technical content, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Elevate Ravel’s voice in AI infrastructure efficiency, power-aware orchestration, and production AI scaling.
  • Monitor industry trends and narratives.

COE & Platform Marketing

  • Drive awareness and engagement for the Amphix COE.
  • Support POC recruitment campaigns and technical validation storytelling.
  • Collaborate with Product Manage to develop reference architectures and solution narratives tied to real-world deployments.

Team & Function Building

  • Scale and manage the marketing function (internal + agency/contract support).
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and marketing operations rigor.
  • Align closely with Training & Enablement, Product, Corporate comms, and Sales to drive measurable business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 8–12+ years in B2B technology marketing, with leadership experience.
  • Strong background in AI, HPC, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to market complex technical solutions to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience in ecosystem or partner-led marketing models.
  • Track record of supporting both product-led and enterprise sales motions.
  • Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong storytelling skills — from C-suite messaging to technical depth.
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing operations

Bonus

  • Experience marketing NVIDIA-based, GPU-accelerated, or AI infrastructure platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI factories, RAG pipelines, or workload orchestration environments.
  • Experience launching new product categories.
